Class Registration, cancellation, and refund polies

Registration is required for each event. Unless otherwise noted, registration for events is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
Cancellation, and refund polies

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us at least 5 days before the start of the class or workshop to receive a full refund.

Cancellation requests made less than 5 days before the start of the class or workshop, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for a refund. Registrations are non-transferable and no credits will be issued.

If an event is canceled by Cincinnati Tea Ceremony and Ikebana, all registered participants will receive a full refund.

Photography and Media Consent

By registering for a class, workshop, or event hosted by Cincinnati Tea Ceremony and Ikebana, participants agree that photographs or videos taken during the event may be used for promotional and educational purposes.

This may include use on our website, social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials.

If you have any concerns, please contact us before the event and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Modification

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of our cultural services at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice.

However, we have no obligation to update any information on our services.

We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the services without notice at any time.

We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of our services.
